Dawn report by Muhammad Raza states that Rao Anwar, former Senior Superintendent of Police Malir, who is facing an inquiry into extrajudicial killing of Naqibullah Mehsud, a native of Waziristan, failed to appear before Sindh Inspector General of Police A.D. Khowaja and the National Commission for Human Rights today.
