India test fires ICBM amid perceived threats from neighboring China, Pakistan (Source: News Asia)

News Asia report states that India has test fired long-range intercontinental ballistic missile Agni. According to Indian Ministry of External Affairs, the 5,000 kilometer range ICBM was tested from an island in India’s eastern coast in the Bay of Bengal. The test has come amid perceived threats from neighboring China and Pakistan.
