Violent protests continue over rape, murder of 7-year-old girl in Pakistan’s northeastern city (Source: CNN)

CNN report by Laura Smith-Spark and Adeel Raja states that protests over rape and murder of 7-year-old Zainab Amin in Pakistan’s northeastern city of Kasur in Punjab, have entered the second day. The locals allege police and law enforcers of having committed negligence in discharge of their duties. At least two demonstrators were killed in violent protests in the city on Wednesday, 10 January.
