Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals exhibition in January

The 15th edition of the Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals will be held from Jan. 21-28 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Organizers said the exhibition is in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and builds on the success of its previous editions.
The event brings together leading local, regional and international industry key players to showcase their services and products to their target audience. It also highlights the latest techniques and technologies in the industry that aim to help companies achieve their operational and expansionary plans in some of the biggest markets in the region and the rest of the world.
The exhibition hosts a number of workshops lead by experts and specialists in the field, who present the latest technologies and services in the plastics and petrochemicals field, and their contribution to income diversification.
The Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals, organized by the Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC), will be launched in concurrence with the 14th edition of the Saudi Print and Pack exhibition, to ensure an integrated experience for visitors and exhibitors.
Mohammed H. Al-Hussaini, executive consultant, Riyadh Exhibitions Company, said: “Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals exhibition comes in line with the economic and industrial development the Kingdom is undergoing in light of the National Transformation Program 2020 and Vision 2030. The exhibition aims to increase the role of the petrochemicals sector in decreasing the dependency of the country on fuel, in addition to empowering local manufacturers and attracting local and international investments.”
Al-Hussaini added: “Specialized trade shows like the Saudi Print and Pack and the Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals are considered to be the pillar of industrial growth and a source of empowerment for local capacities. They contribute in highlighting the market’s increasing needs in plastics, petrochemicals, and print and pack, during a period of increasing production capacity in the Kingdom.”
