Zain KSA signs partnership agreement with Axiom Telecom

Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia Zain KSA announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Axiom Telecom Saudi Arabia, allowing them to provide and distribute Zain products and offers directly through Axiom branches and selling points deployed in various regions of the Kingdom.
The agreement was signed during the Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona.
Saud Al-Bawardi, Zain KSA CEO, said that the agreement comes as an activation to the company’s operational plans to expand and enhance customers access points to Zain products, services, and special offers, explaining that the company’s postpaid and prepaid lines, Internet devices and smartphones and tablets, will be available via Axiom branches which exceeds more than 400 around the Kingdom.
Al-Bawardi hailed Axiom Telecom for gaining customers confidence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all around the Gulf countries, adding that this agreement will enhance the two companies’ ability to provide the best services to all customers.
Meanwhile, Faisal Al-Bannai, Axiom Telecom CEO, expressed his pleasure after signing the partnership agreements with Zain KSA, indicating that this will help the two sides in providing various communications solutions and customers services directly through Axiom branches, stressing that Axiom is a well experienced company in the field of telecommunications, considering the numerous partnerships it has signed with a number of mobile operators in the Gulf countries, and for providing a wide range of smartphone and tablet devices in the Kingdom and the Gulf countries markets.

Alfanar Engineering Services announced the signing of a strategic MoU with Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia during its participation in the Saudi Arabia Smart Grid Conference. Both Schneider Electric and Alfanar Engineering have committed to further enhancing operational excellence and customer-centric service delivery thereby ensuring long-term asset reliability of their clients in the Kingdom.

Alfanar Engineering brings to the collaboration a strong in-Kingdom service footprint, supported by extensive operations and maintenance capabilities, advanced testing and commissioning equipment, and a network of specialized service centers and labs strategically located across Saudi Arabia. These capabilities enable the delivery of responsive, high-quality technical support tailored to the needs of critical infrastructure and industrial operations. The collaboration was signed by Sattam Al-Motairi, chief operating officer of Alfanar Engineering Services, and Mohamed Shaheen, cluster president — Saudi Arabia, Schneider Electric. It brings together Alfanar’s local operational expertise and service reach with Schneider Electric’s global technologies and service standards. Together, the two companies will enhance service reliability, improve response efficiency, and deliver greater value through sustainable solutions that optimize asset lifecycles. The MoU also supports the development of localized technical services, contributing to the Kingdom’s objectives for sustainable infrastructure, localization, and industrial resilience.
