Umm Al-Qura University recently organized an annual education forum to help students choose their career paths accordwwing to their interests and skills at King Abdulaziz Hall in Babidah University.
Bakri bin Matouk Assas, director of the university, inaugurated the forum in the presence of a number of university officials as well as teachers and students.
“University officials, teachers must work hard to provide students with the best services, and shroud them in an atmosphere that enables them to achieve their educational goals,” he said.
Ghassan Al-Noman, dean of the university, said the forum is designed to help students choose the right specialization before joining any college or university.
Abdul Aziz bin Rashad Srouji, vice president of students’ affairs at the university, said students must select majors that will fulfill their aspirations in future.
He said the foundation is only a gateway to help students understand their abilities to choose specialties that are compatible with their interests and will help in achieving their desires in life.

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center was established in 2015, with the aim to boost transparency, impartiality, and professionalism.
Its work extends beyond the provision of emergency assistance to include empowering affected communities and enhancing their capacity to recover from crises, reflecting the Kingdom’s enduring commitment to sustainable humanitarian impact.
