Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khaled Al-Anqari commended the Saudi universities advancement in the QS ranking while expressing his delight at the two universities being named in the list of the best 300 universities worldwide, in the nominated international rankings.
Al-Anqari also praised King Abdulaziz University’s huge leap in entering the best 500 universities’ list.
He indicated that King Saud University had achieved notable progress in the fields of medicine and social studies in the QS ranking; it occupied the 58th position among the 100 best international universities in an unprecedented progress.
The minister described the steady climb by the universities in the rankings reflects the great efforts the Kingdom is exerting to develop this key sector.
