JEDDAH: Prince Fawaz bin Abdul Aziz, who had been governor of Riyadh and Makkah, died yesterday outside the Kingdom following a prolonged illness, the Royal Court announced. He was 74.

Funeral prayers for the late prince will be held at the Grand Mosque in Makkah after Maghreb prayers today.
