Wal-Mart Leaks Xbox Price:

According to Wal-Mart employees that next generation consoles from Microsoft are to be retailed at $299 even though Microsoft didn’t officially confirm it. The Xbox 360 is set to arrive Nov. 4th with few games available as pre-order.

Xbox 360 Detailed:

Microsoft announced that their next generation console will include:

• A single wireless controller plus the capability to use wired version of the controller via USB.

• Quick Charge Unit: Microsoft is planning to supply it later which will allow the Xbox 360’s controllers to recharge quickly and during play.

• The Xbox 360’s memory unit which will be available in 64MB will allow the player to transfer data such as profiles and save games from one Xbox to another.

• A 20GB HD will also be available.

• A wireless Network Adapter will connect the Xbox 360 to the Internet via Wireless LAN.

• In addition, several accessories are also available such as a Remote Control, Regular Headset, Xbox 360 Faceplates and Cables.

Apple Mighty Mouse:

Apple company announced a new mouse labeled Apple Mighty mouse. The Apple Mighty Mouse features the revolutionary Scroll Ball that lets you move anywhere inside a document, without lifting a finger. And with touch-sensitive technology concealed under the seamless top shell, you get the programmability of a four-button mouse in a single-button design. Click, roll, squeeze and scroll. The optical mouse connects through USB and is compatible with Mac OS software and Windows 2000 and XP.

Windows Vista Beta Available:

Windows Vista Beta version is available for developers and IT professionals. The next windows version is promised to be a breakthrough in personal computing. Advances in reliability, security, ease of deployment, performance, and manageability and emphasizes the Three C’s: Confidently do what you want, when you want, and where you want. Clearly organize your work and play in powerful new ways. Connect seamlessly with other people, devices, and computers. Windows Vista also promises improved performance with faster start-up time, less power consumption in sleep state and simplify networking and connectivity. The Full version is set to release in 2006.

QWERTY Controller for Xbox 360:

Several rumors stated text messages and in-game chat will be possible through The Xbox 360 Controller via QWERTY keyboard. The QWERTY keyboard was displayed in an image of a Spanish Microsoft Display and it’s hard to confirm the authenticity of the presentation.
