HADRAMOUT: Member of the Presidential Leadership Council and Hadramout Gov. Salem Al-Khanbashi praised Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian and development role in Yemen.
He said Saudi projects have helped alleviate the suffering of Yemenis and enhanced services across various sectors.
The governor was briefed on the progress of the KSrelief project to construct 114 houses in the Mayfa’a area.
He was also briefed on preparations for implementing a project to support farmers and strengthen the food-security initiative in Hadramout and Socotra.
The scheme aims to increase agricultural production and improve the livelihoods of beneficiary families.
Al-Khanbashi expressed the readiness of the local authority in Hadramout to provide all necessary facilitation to ensure the success of the center’s humanitarian and development projects.
