DUBAI: Qatari fine jewelery label Noudar by Noor Al-Fardan is continuing to expand its global footprint, with recent appearances on high-profile red carpets including the Academy Awards 2026 and the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards 2026.
The brand’s designs were worn by a number of international figures, highlighting its growing appeal among celebrity stylists and placing Gulf craftsmanship firmly in the spotlight.
At the Oscars, rising artist Rei Ami made her Academy Awards debut with a performance of “Golden,” a track from “KPop Demon Hunters” that has helped push K-pop further into mainstream global recognition. For her onstage performance, she chose pieces from Noudar’s Henna collection, including statement earrings paired with a selection of rings that blended bold design with intricate detailing. The look highlighted the brand’s signature aesthetic — contemporary yet rooted in regional heritage.
Meanwhile, at the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards, television host Kamie Crawford opted for a more understated approach, accessorizing her ensemble with a diamond bangle from the same Henna line. The piece added a refined touch to the evening’s celebrations, which honor Black women’s achievements in film and television.
Earlier in the year, US singer-songwriter Chappell Roan wore Noudar’s black Henna earrings at the Resonator Awards presented by We Are Moving The Needle, adding a statement‑making edge to her look.
Founded in 2012 by Qatari designer Noor Al-Fardan, Noudar draws inspiration from Islamic art, henna traditions and Omani design motifs, reinterpreting them through a modern lens. The brand operates under the umbrella of Al-Fardan Jewellery, a name long associated with craftsmanship and design excellence in the region.
Al-Fardan, who studied design management at the American University of Sharjah and trained as a gemologist at the Gemological Institute of America in London, has positioned Noudar as a bridge between heritage and contemporary luxury.
As its creations continue to appear at major cultural events, the brand is helping to place Qatar on the global fashion and jewellery map — a reflection of a new generation of designers redefining how regional identity is expressed on the world stage.
