JAZAN: The Daw Theater and Performing Arts Association staged a special interactive play for children on Friday to celebrate World Theater Day.
Held in partnership with the Jazan Cultural Center, “Whispers of the Forest” combined entertainment with education to nurture imagination and reinforce values among young audiences, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday.
Set in a forest-inspired world, the play explored themes of cooperation, belonging and the love of nature. It featured different segments, including acting, direct interaction with children and the use of visual and sound effects, all designed to create an engaging theatrical environment.
The event was part of a range of programs aimed at revitalizing the performing arts, particularly among children, and contributing to the development of cultural awareness.
