RIYADH: Saudi aid agency, KSrelief, funded medical services in northern Lebanon and Jordan earlier this month, state news agency SPA reported.
The ambulance service of Miniyeh District, along with the Souboul Al-Salam Relief Team in North Lebanon, conducted 83 emergency medical missions from Oct. 4 to 10 with KSrelief’s support.
The services included transferring patients to and from hospitals and providing emergency assistance to traffic accident victims in Miniyeh.
In Jordan, KSrelief provided medical services to 2,605 patients at the Zaatari Refugee Camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan during the first week of October.

Crown prince speaks with regional leaders about Iranian aggression
RIYADH: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman spoke on the phone on Saturday with regional leaders on Saturday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
His calls came as several Gulf Arab states were targeted by Iranian missiles after Tehran pledged to retaliate against strikes by the US and Israel, which hit several cities in Iran in the early hours of Saturday.
The crown prince spoke with UAE president Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, as well as Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah King Abdullah II of Jordan.
During the calls, Prince Mohammed affirmed the Kingdom’s full solidarity with and support for their nations, stressing Saudi Arabia’s readiness to mobilize all its resources to assist them in responding to the brutal Iranian attacks they suffered today, which undermine the region’s security and stability.
