WILMINGTON, US: US presidential candidate Donald Trump on Saturday rejected a proposal from Democratic opponent Kamala Harris to face off in another debate, saying it was “too late” to do so.
“The problem with another debate is that it’s just too late, voting has already started,” the Republican said at a rally in North Carolina, with early voting already underway in three states.

Child stabbed to death by fellow student in Russian school, suspect detained: police
MOSCOW: Russian authorities said a 10-year-old child was killed Tuesday in a stabbing by a fellow student in a school in the Odintsovo District near Moscow, with the suspect now apprehended.
“Police received a report that a student had stabbed a security guard, sprayed pepper spray and then stabbed a 10-year-old student, who died from his wound,” local police said on Telegram, adding that “the attacker was detained” and taken into custody.
