Dr. Mohammad Al-Suliman is the chief executive officer of the National Real Estate Registration Services Co.
He has experience across numerous leadership positions spanning various sectors, including telecom, banking and finance, and investment operations.
Al-Suliman specializes in organizational transformation and change management and has achieved full strategy and business model overhauls throughout his career.
Prior to his new role, Al-Suliman served as CEO of Najm for Insurance Services, leading the company’s transformation and digitalization journey.
He also served as vice president of corporate development at the Saudi Telecom Group. He previously held several leadership positions, including vice president of the operations and support services division at Arabian Securities; director of business systems development at Jadwa Investment; head of investment group systems at Arab National Bank; and several other senior-level positions in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the US.
Al-Suliman was awarded the 2020 Silicon Valley organization (SVUS Awards) bronze medal for CEO of the year category in the insurance sector, and best CEO in the insurance sector award by International Business Magazine in 2020.
He also received the excellence in innovative operational implementation award in the Kingdom from British magazine Global Brands.
Al-Suliman holds a Ph.D. in strategic management and information technology from Peter Drucker Business School, a master’s degree in information systems and technology from Claremont Graduate University in the US, and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Saudi Arabia’s King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
