Ramy Youssef to star in new HBO comedy special

DUBAI: US Egyptian actor Ramy Youssef is set to present a new stand-up comedy special, titled “Ramy Youssef: More Feelings,” on HBO.

The Golden-Globe winner will tape the special in front of a live audience in New Jersey on Feb. 2 and 3.

While the precise premiere date remains undisclosed, anticipation is high for its release, expected to debut in March.

The comedy special will be directed and executively produce by Christopher Storer, who worked with Youssef on the FX/Hulu series “The Bear.”

Youssef received a nomination for the Critics’ Choice Award and a Writers Guild Award in 2020 for his inaugural HBO comedy special, “Ramy Youssef: Feelings.”

Youssef’s production company, Cairo Cowboy, is collaborating with A24, the same studio behind the first special, for the production of “More Feelings.”
