RIYADH: Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir met French Ambassador Ludovic Pouille in Riyadh on Sunday.
They reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and discussed international issues of common interest.
Al-Jubeir also met with Martina Strong, chargé d’affaires of the US Embassy in Riyadh, where they covered relations between the Kingdom and Washington.
MAKKAH: Sheikh Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, the president of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, has launched the Al-Jood Menna Wa Feena (Generosity Springs From Us and Returns to Us) campaign — affiliated with the Jood Housing platform — in Makkah.
Al-Sudais said that the presidency’s participation in the campaign stemmed from a sense of social responsibility and was a reinforcement of the values of solidarity encouraged by religion.
He also expressed his gratitude to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their gracious patronage of charitable works which helped to serve the interest of citizens while ensuring a good and stable life.
