Shares of US firm Braze rose 44% in its market debut

RIYADH: Stocks of US-based customer engagement software maker Braze rose 44 percent in trading after its initial public offering that raised $520 million, Bloomberg has reported.

The US firm closed at $93.39 in New York trading on Wednesday, which gives it a market value of $8.4 billion.

Around 8 million shares had been sold and marketed for $55 to $60.
