March 21: Economic Times report by Dipanjan Roy states that India and Pakistan will launch a key Confidence Building Measure close on the heels of the LoC ceasefire arrangement with the two sides all set to meet this week here to hold dialogue on a key water sharing arrangement and Ladakh hydel power projects approved by New Delhi during the past two years.
