BERLIN: The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Germany increased by 1,122 to 215,336, data from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) for infectious diseases showed on Saturday.
The reported death toll rose by twelve to 9,195, the tally showed.

MILAN: Pope Leo on Sunday said ongoing Russian attacks against Ukraine were leaving civilians in the country exposed to the cold of winter, and called for an end to the conflict.
“The protracted hostilities ... have increasingly serious implications for civilians,” Pope Leo said after his weekly Angelus prayer.
