March 09: The Hindu states that India on Friday said Pakistan was mainstreaming terrorism by allowing terror mastermind Hafiz Saeed to register a political party. Speaking to the media, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said Saeed had the blood of the innocent citizens of the world on his hands.
