Makkah Millennium Towers Hotel, located by the Holy Haram Piazza in front of King Fahd Gate, continues to extend over 25 years of hospitality service in Makkah since Millennium Hotels & Resorts took over the operations of Makkah Construction & Development Company’s Hotel & Towers under the new name, Makkah Millennium Towers Hotel.
The rebranding of the hotel coincides with Millennium’s goal to open over 20 hotels in Saudi Arabia over the next four years. The company is gearing up to capitalize on the expected increase in religious tourism to the holy city and the significant government investment in infrastructure.
Since its inception in 2017, Makkah Millennium Towers Hotel has added new services and facilities, and an extensive renovation is planned for the upcoming years.
Ibrahim Al-Fati, the hotel’s general manager, said: “We provide our guests with luxurious high-quality services and we take care of the finest details, which makes the guest feel like home and focus on performing their rituals in a hassle-free spiritual journey. I also believe that the best way to ensure presenting an unmatched experience is training and constant development for our team members so they can master the art of service and deliver a lifetime experience for our guests.”
The 614-room and suites Makkah Millennium Towers Hotel claims to be an example of genuine Arabian hospitality and innovation. It offers many spacious rooms and suites, multi-cuisine options and a business center.
“We have recently added an amazing Kids Club to ensure that our young guests are having a good time while their parents focus on performing their rituals and enjoying the serenity of the Holy Haram. For that, we hired experienced team members with degrees in pedagogy and many more are to come,” Al-Fati added.
Despite the opening of several hotels in the central Haram area which might pose a challenge because the supply of rooms will increase, Al-Fati is confident that Makkah Millennium Towers Hotel will always be the preferred hotel of both new and repeat visitors.
“What makes Makkah Millennium Towers Hotel unique other than the fact that it’s the closest hotel to the Holy Mosque in Makkah, is the amazing team we have as they have been working within the Makkah market for so long which means they are experienced and talented to be able to overcome any possible challenge,” he said.
Millennium Hotels & Resorts currently operates five properties in Saudi Arabia.
