Dar Al-Hekma University hosts annual fashion show

Dar Al-Hekma University recently hosted its annual fashion show titled “Mirror, Mirror on the Runway.” The spectacular future of Middle Eastern fashion was on display at the show, which witnessed the participation of a large number of students.
Twelve seniors of the University’s department of fashion conceptualized, planned and organized the collection, which featured their creations.
Each student created a collection of five unique garments.
Amani Al-Saeri was declared the winner for being the best in the design, color and music categories.
The five-member judging panel comprised Reema Faisal, Aram Kabbani, Hiba M’jdadi, Mona Haddad and Lama Taher.
Suhair Al-Qurashi, president of Dar Al-Hekma University, expressed her admiration for the students’ ideas and creativity.
“We are proud of the extremely high caliber of work they produced in the fashion field with really great ideas,” she said.
