Hyundai dealers expand aftersales service network

As part of its continuous efforts to upgrade its aftermarket services, Hyundai Motor Co., in collaboration with its authorized dealers in Saudi Arabia — Wallan Trading Co., Almajdouie Motors Co., and Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors — has expanded and improved its services.
Hyundai's new service centers are fully equipped with the latest tools to provide optimum service to its customers throughout the Kingdom.
Hyundai dealers in the country consider the aftersales services to be of the utmost importance. The company has always highlighted the importance of dealing with Hyundai-accredited centers to maintain optimum car performance and occupant safety.
It strongly recommends that its clients use original Hyundai-branded spare parts, which are available at all of its authorized branches and dealer premises across the Kingdom. Underlining the risk of choosing counterfeit spare parts, it also reminded motorists that in order to maintain optimum performance and to avoid invalidating the manufacturer’s warranty of 100,000 km or five years, which covers all Hyundai cars sold within the GCC, they should only rely on lubricants accredited by its parent company, Hyundai Motor Group.
Its aftersales centers are staffed with highly qualified and experienced technicians.
Hyundai runs ongoing training programs to ensure that all technicians are highly trained and well aware of the latest car service techniques. At each dealership, technicians are required to undertake annual training programs about the latest car service developments and technologies.
