Reuters report by staff reporters from Islamabad states that China and Pakistan committed to continue economic partnership until 2030 to fully develop the CPEC project — China’s multibillion infrastructural investment in Pakistan. The CPEC long-term plan was showcased during a ceremony in Islamabad which was attended by Pakistan’s Minister for Interior, Planning and Reforms Ahsan Iqbal and Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing.
