The Economic Times report by Dipanjan Roy Chaudhury, from New Delhi, states that Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj came down hard on China and Pakistan by alluding to, but not mentioning, them at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Sochi, Russia, for justifying terror based on religion and ethnicity and pursuing regional connectivity at the cost of sovereignty of independent states.
