Under the auspices of Eastern Province Gov. Prince Saud bin Naif, Rawabi Holding launched its fourth Rawabi Talent Exhibit (RTE) at Scitech on Sunday (April 20).
The event was opened in the presence of Rawabi Holding Chairman Abdul Aziz Al-Turki, businessmen and representatives from educational institutions, students from high schools across the Eastern Province, over 20 volunteers from Global Shapers and 50 employees of Rawabi Holding.
The exhibit aims to be a pioneer in the field of vocational guidance in Saudi Arabia, through its programs that aim to help youth and students better understand themselves and get to know their abilities by developing their potential with the Color Q Personality System by Rowad Almaarefa for Education Consultancy.
In addition, there will be interactive booths hosting professionals from different fields to guide the visiting students and inform them of their occupation and help them envision their future and what the Saudi market has to offer.
Al-Turki said: “The exhibit has received considerable attention and was able to break geographical boundaries with the school visits and the new digital and interactive applications. In the long run, we aim to expand RTE to other large cities.”
The exhibit has attracted more than 150 volunteering professionals from 40 fields with no less than 3 years’ experience in corporations.
The exhibit also offers a digital application, Career Compass, which includes a list of universities and institutes in the Kingdom and the programs they offer and their career paths. At the exhibit, universities will have their stands, where the students can ask questions.
Eastern Province Director of General Education Abdul Rahman Al-Moudairis said: “The Rawabi Talent Exhibit has become an active partner of the Department of Education since its inception.” The exhibit will host students from all schools in the Eastern province and for discussing their success stories.
