DUBAI: As lockdown restrictions continue to ease and the demand for travel is starting to pick back up again, A-listers are taking the opportunity to jet off to far-flung locations to enjoy their summer holiday.
With the Paris Haute Couture shows happening online this year, runway fixture Imaan Hammam is using the extra free time to spend her summer vacation with friends in Saint Tropez. The Dutch-Moroccan-Egyptian model posted a series of snaps from the French coastal town on her Instagram this week, depicting her soaking up the sun with fellow model pal Cindy Bruna.
“Friends become our chosen fam,” she captioned a photo of herself embracing Bruna on the beach.
Hammam and Bruna were in the South of France to celebrate the birthday of Burundian-Belgian model Leila Nda. They were also joined by Hammam’s mother at one point.
Also spotted basking in the sun this week is British pop star Dua Lipa and her partner, Dutch-Palestinian model Anwar Hadid. The couple, who were self-quarantining together in an Airbnb in London, recently escaped to the Carribean island of St. Lucia for some “island isolation.”
The “New Rules” hitmaker shared a series of Instagram photos documenting the couple’s island life, which includes fresh mangoes, cracked coconuts, picturesque sunsets and palm trees. The trip comes just weeks after the couple celebrated their one year anniversary together.
Meanwhile, beauty mogul and reality star Kylie Jenner is spending time at the Amangiri, a five star resort in Canyon Point, Utah. The 21-year-old is accompanied on her luxurious get-away by her sister Kendall, the older brother of Palestinian DJ duo Simi Haze, Fai Khadra and social media influencer Zack Bia.
“Adventure time,” Jenner wrote on a recent series of pictures of her posing on the resort’s white recliners, surrounded by towering canyons and wearing a burnt-orange bodycon dress. “Be back soon,” she captioned another similar post.;
A-list couple Justin and Hailey Bieber also enjoyed some quality time together at the Amangiri in the past couple of weeks. The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, documented their road trip from Los Angeles to Utah on social media.
