Pakistan OKs visas for Japan-bound Afghan evacuees without passports

September 27: The Japan Times reported that the Pakistani government has decided to issue visas to the Afghans that Japan wants to evacuate from Afghanistan, even if they arrive at the border without valid passports or other travel documents, according to Pakistani officials.

October 20: MENA bytes reported that Karachi-based ecommerce logistics startup Rider has raised $2.3 million in a seed round led by Global Founders Capital, Fatima Gobi Ventures, and Asian Development Bank, it announced in a statement today.
