Xinhua Net: Four Indian security personnel killed in cross-border firing

June 13: Xinhua Net states that four security personnel belonging to India's Border Security Force (BSF) were killed, and at least three injured, in cross-border firing from Pakistan troops, confirmed a senior BSF official on Wednesday morning. "The BSF personnel were killed in unprovoked firing from the Pakistani troops along the international border. This was yet another ceasefire violation from across the border," said the senior BSF official.

Muscat Daily: Pakistan announces visa-on-arrival for Omani travelers

March 19: Muscat Daily states that Oman is among the 50 countries whose citizens can avail tourist visa-on-arrival in Pakistan. The country has also launched a new e-visa scheme that will facilitate visitors from 175 countries. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the e-visa scheme last week to open the country to tourism and the world.
